Diet chicken breasts are a healthy and delicious meal made from boneless, skinless chicken breasts, and are ideal for those who follow a low-calorie diet. This meal is characterized by being rich in protein and low in fat, which helps build muscle and make you feel full for a longer period.

Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt and black pepper to taste
1 cup chopped broccoli
1 cup chopped carrots
1 cup chopped bell peppers
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon honey (optional)

How to prepare
1. In a large bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, thyme, rosemary, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add lemon juice and honey if you prefer a slightly sweet flavor.
2. Add the chicken breasts to the marinade and mix well to coat them completely. Refrigerate for at least an hour, preferably overnight for better flavor.
3. Preheat the grill to medium heat. Grill the chicken breasts for 6-8 minutes on each side until fully cooked and the juices run clear when cut.
4. Meanwhile, place the vegetables on a baking sheet, drizzle with a little olive oil, and season with salt and pepper. Roast in the oven at 200°C (392°F) for 20 minutes or until tender and slightly crispy.
5. To serve, place the grilled chicken breasts on a serving plate and arrange the roasted vegetables alongside. You can garnish the dish with some fresh herbs like parsley or cilantro for added color and flavor.
6. Serve the meal with a side sauce of your choice, such as garlic yogurt sauce or tahini sauce, for a complete dining experience.
