Biscuit balls with chocolate coating


Chocolate biscuit balls are a delicious dessert and easy to prepare.

2 cups crushed biscuits (such as tea biscuits)
100 g melted butter
250 g melted chocolate
Small chocolate chips
Crushed nuts or vermicelle (optional)

 How to prepare
 Grind the biscuits until very smooth, then place them in a deep bowl.
Add the melted butter over the biscuits and knead them until you have a dough that has an easy to form consistency.
Shape the dough into medium-sized balls.
Dip the balls in melted chocolate and then in chocolate chips or vermisel.
Insert the chocolate balls into the refrigerator to cool and serve cold.

Chocolate:
Use high-quality chocolate to achieve the best result. You can use dark chocolate or milky depending on your preference.
To add a distinctive flavor, add a pinch of vanilla extract to the melted chocolate.
Decorating:
In addition to chocolate chips, you can decorate the biscuit balls with crushed nuts such as almonds or hazelnuts.
You can also try decorating them with roasted India nut chips or coffee granules.
Prefixing:
Serve the biscuit balls in a beautiful and elegant dish.
You can put them in transparent bags and tie them with colored ribbon to give as a gift.
