For the dough:
3 and a half cups of flour.
A cup and a half of warm water.
A tablespoon (large) of yeast.
A tablespoon (large) of sugar.
A tablespoon (large) of olive oil.
A pinch of salt.
For the filling:
2 cups of mozzarella cheese.
2 cups of fresh mushrooms, cut into thin slices.
An onion cut into thin slices.
A tomato cut into thin slices.
Green, red, and yellow peppers cut into thin slices.
A cup of ready-made pizza sauce.
How to prepare:
Preparing the dough:
Mix the yeast and sugar in the warm water and leave for 5 minutes until the yeast fizzes.
In a large mixing bowl, mix flour, salt and olive oil.
Add the yeast mixture and knead the ingredients for 10 minutes until combined.
Cover the dough and leave it for 6 hours until it doubles in size.
Pizza preparation:
Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and place it in an oiled tray.
Brush the dough with olive oil, then tomato sauce.
Distribute the pineapple on the dough, then the tomatoes.
Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese, parsley, oregano, black pepper and salt.
Place the tray in the oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
