Samosa |
Samosa is a triangular dough stuffed with cheese, meat, or vegetables, and is usually either fried or baked. This dish is a popular food on Arab tables during the month of Ramadan, and can be an essential part of iftar or suhoor. Historically, samosas originated in the Middle East and Central Asia, and then spread to Africa, Southeast Asia, and elsewhere.
