Sponge tea cake

Sponge tea cake is a kind of traditional and famous dessert. This cake has a light and crisp texture, and contains a large percentage of protein and calcium. It is usually served alongside tea and can be prepared in multiple flavors.

Ingredients
 1 cup butter (unsalted, plus extra fat tray)
2 cups flour (plus extra to spread the tray)
1 cup sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon salt

 How to prepare
 Preheat the oven to 250°C and brush the rectangular bread mold with butter, then sprinkle the flour on it.
Use an electric beater to beat the butter and sugar together on high speed until a smooth mixture forms.
Add the eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition.
Then add the vanilla extract and salt, and continue beating.
Reduce the speed of the blender completely and add the flour, mixing a little without exaggeration.
Transfer the mixture to the baking pan, arrange the surface, and cook the cake for 60 minutes or until golden.
Test for doneness with a fork, then leave the cake to cool before serving.
