Sweets cream

Cream cake is one of the most delicious types of cakes and desserts. It can be prepared in many ways, such as pineapple cream cake, strawberry and chocolate cold cream cake.


Ingredients:
2 cups ground pistachios.
1 cup of sugar.
1 cup of softened butter.
4 eggs.
1 tablespoon of liquid vanilla.
1 cup of liquid cream.
1 cup strawberries, sliced.

Cooking:
    Preheat the oven to 180 ° C, brush the cake pan with butter and sprinkle with flour.
    In a large bowl, beat the butter and sugar until smooth and homogeneous.
    Add the eggs and beat well.
    Add the ground pistachios and vanilla and mix until combined.
    Put the mixture in the cake mold and bake it for 30-35 minutes or until golden in color and we can insert a wooden stick and it comes out clean.
    Let the cake cool completely.
    Cut the cake into pieces and put on top of each piece cream and strawberry slices.

    It is preferable to cut the cake into layers.
    A layer of cream can be placed between every two layers of cake.
    Strawberry slices can be placed on top of the cream.
    The cake can be decorated with ground pistachios or strawberry slices.
