The braided pie

Al-Muzaffarah pies are delicious pastries characterized by their varied fillings. It can be prepared in different forms, such as minced meat, cheese, or thyme.

Ingredients:
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon instant yeast
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup warm milk
2 tablespoons melted butter
Filling as desired (cheese, thyme, meat, vegetables, etc.)

How to prepare:
In a large bowl, mix flour, yeast, sugar and salt.
Add warm milk and butter, and knead the ingredients until a smooth dough forms.
Cover the dough and let it rest for an hour.
Divide the dough into small balls and roll each ball into a circular shape.
Place the filling in the middle of each circle of dough.
Fold the dough around the filling to form a triumphant pie.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat and cook the pancakes on both sides until golden.
